Privacy Notice

Who we are

UYF Learning is the classes and formation platform of United Youth Fellowship (UYF). This notice explains what data we keep, why, and who we share it with.

What we keep

Account: your name, email and, if you sign in with Google, your profile photo.

Preferences: language and time zone.

Classes: the classes you book or teach, their times and their status.

Payments: Stripe processes payments. We keep your plan and its status, never your card details.

Teachers: to put classes on a teacher's Google Calendar, the platform reads their busy times and creates events with a Google Meet link.

Why we use it

To give you access, book and remind you of your classes, manage your plan and improve the service. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the platform: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in, Calendar and Meet), Stripe (payments) and our email provider. Your teacher sees your name and your classes with them.

Children

Children under 13 don't have their own account. A parent or guardian adds them to a family plan and books for them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account by writing to hola@uyf.io.
